Our Mission

The STREAM (StrengThening Race and Equity in Asset Management) Foundation's mission is to educate and support underrepresented students in building successful careers in asset management.

  • We provide developmental programs and mentors to support capability, growth and career guidance.

  • We build and expose students to a network of industry leaders and employers.

  • We facilitate paid internships to advance industry knowledge that have the potential to lead to or provide full-time job opportunities.

  • We build a community of students and alumni, volunteers and industry professionals that provides lifelong connectivity and support to our Scholars.
